Herb Segars
Herb learned to dive in 1980 and made more than a hundred dives in the clear waters of the Caribbean before trying his hand at diving in New Jersey. Somehow surviving a frightening introductory dive, Herb has gone on to make more than one thousand dives off the New Jersey coast. His photos have been published worldwide and his credits include National Geographic, National Wildlife, Ranger Rick's Nature Magazine, Natural History and Geo (Germany).
