A week or so ago, a friend found this spider while planting flowers in a small garden in Woodbridge, NJ. As my friend was digging a hole to plant a flower, this guy leaped out of the ground and scared the stuffing out of him. I think that it is a mouse spider but I am not sure and could use some help with identification.
I cropped the head area to provide some more detail. The spider’s body is about 1-1/2” long and it has six eyes. I was lying on the ground trying to photograph it when it just charged right at me. Boy did I move faster than I thought that I could. Here is a zoomed in area of the spider’s head.
It has two large eyes in the top row and four smaller eyes in the bottom row. It has two large fangs and has orange spots on either side of the fangs. It also appears to have an orange stripe on top of its head. Any help in identification would be appreciated.

I found out that the spider is a burrowing wolf spider.
