The Atlantic Corolla, Carolla calceola, is a snail with a soft, gelatinous body. It looks like a jellyfish but it is not. A truly planktonic opisthobranch that, being negatively buoyant, must swim with its wings. This specimen was photographed off the coast of New Jersey, USA.
